This is a really good flash for the Sony Alpha DSLR system.It's also a much better value than the Sony branded units.Sonys mid-level flash costs 300 dollars and has not been like this, and do not have all the features. While the $600 flash has better functions and is more powerful, this is only $200! If you are thinking about getting a nice flash, get this one! It's made in Japan (not China) and is great for the semi-pro photographer.It really is very powerful! (almost blind!) I do not regret buying this flash at all. It refreshes really fast, just make sure you have fully charged batteries.Photos out spectacular!.
