I have had this machine for six months. I use it mostly to copy/print large two-sided documents.The duplex module has never crashed. Not once.Print quality is excellent. Fax function works well also.Its a bit noisy when it is operating, but is silent when in sleep mode. No complaints.I wish all the electronics were made like this..
